Meet the Founder
Sacred Unfolding was founded by Angela Ringstead, yoga instructor and fitness professional with over 20 years of experience and a deep connection to Mexico. Inspired by her own healing journey and love for La Manzanilla, Angela created Sacred Unfolding as a joyful, supportive space for connection, self-discovery, and transformation.
Through yoga, movement, authentic experiences, sharing, and restorative practices, we invite adults to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and embrace meaningful change in a nurturing environment.

Enjoy 7 nights of peaceful accommodation in the tropical beauty of La Manzanilla, with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and everything you need to relax and unwind.
Choose from five beautifully appointed accommodations, each with a king or double bed and en suite bathroom. Enjoy 7 nights of relaxation, with two rooms featuring private balconies and beautiful views.
Pricing is per person. Couples sharing accommodations are welcome; please inquire for pricing.
